Universal Orlando Resort is introducing a specially ticketed event, Universal Volcano Bay Nights, giving guests the chance to attend its waterpark after hours.
The limited-capacity event is set for April 12 and 26 and May 3, 10 and 17. Tickets start at $99 per person plus tax, and parking is included. Private cabanas can also be booked in-park the day of the event starting at $249.99.
Universal said select attractions will be open during Universal Volcano Bay Nights, including the Krakatau Aqua Coaster, Ko'okiri Body Plunge and Kala and Tai Nui Serpentine Body Slides.
Among the entertainment will be a DJ at Waturi Beach and classic games like limbo and hula hoop.
Guests will be able to do meet-and-greets with DreamWorks characters like Shrek and Fiona, Puss in Boots and Kitty Soft Paws from "Shrek," King Julien and Alex from "Madagascar," and Poppy, Branch and Guy Diamond from "Trolls."
Party-goers can enjoy complimentary treats like Spicy Island Shrimp and Cheesy Cliffside Seashell Pasta, and wash it down with more than 100 Coca-Cola drink choices in their included Volcano Bay Freestyle Souvenir Cup.
Kohola Reef Restaurant, Social Club, Dancing Dragons Boat Bar and Koka Poroka Ice Cream Kona will be open with specialty food and beverages available for purchase.
The event officially begins at 7 p.m. but guests can arrive at the park as early as 4 p.m.
