Butterbeer Crepes? Check. Mario Burgers? Check. Yaknog? Check.
Those are just three of many themed menu items to be served at Epic Universe, Universal Orlando Resort's new theme park opening May 22. Epic Universe will have 30 dining locations across its five themed lands.
The lands are Celestial Park, Wizarding World of Harry Potter — Ministry of Magic, Super Nintendo World, How to Train Your Dragon — Isle of Berk, and Dark Universe.

Celestial Park will be home to some 15 dining locations. At the Atlantic restaurant, guests will be able to order a sea bass filet nestled in carrot mochi and sugar snap peas with a lemongrass broth and starfruit slices. For dessert, the Landlubber's Snickerdoodle Loot is a snickerdoodle cake served in a beach pail with cookie butter ganache, Biscoff sand and gummy sharks. One of the drinks will be the Grand Atlantic Martini, made of dry gin, aperitif wine and a gilded lemon twist.
The Blue Dragon Pan-Asian Restaurant will feature dishes like tonkotsu ramen. Guests can also order the Khaosan Boba, a milk tea with coffee boba and coffee foam.
At the Oak & Star Tavern, a variety of barbecue items will be on the menu: smoked brisket, smoked ribs, pulled pork, cheddar jalapeno sausage and herb-infused chicken, with sides like braised greens and mac and cheese. The tavern will serve the Plastered Owl: whiskey, simple syrup, cherry syrup, lemon juice, muddled cherries and a lemon wedge.
At Pizza Moon, one of the dishes will be the Harvest Moon Pizza, a vegan pie with tomato sauce, grilled artichoke hearts, Divina roasted tomatoes, roasted peppers, Castelvetrano olives and arugula.

Guests in the mood for tiki-style drinks -- like the Waturi Punch, a blend of rum, bitters and fruit juices -- will find them at Celestiki. Bar Zenith will feature beverages like the Meteor Strike, a blend of light rum, triple sec and lime and pineapple juices, topped with lemon-lime soda and edible gold glitter. The Meteor Strike will be garnished with a flaming, lemon-infused raw sugar cube "meteor."
Butterbeer in crepe form
The Wizarding World of Harry Potter -- Ministry of Magic will feature Café L'air De La Sirene, serving the the Butterbeer Crepe (shortbread cookie butter, Bavarian cream, Butterbeer cream, strawberries, Butterbeer drizzle and a Butterbeer shortbread cookie), the Baguette de Dinde (black pepper turkey on a warm baguette with arugula, apples, Brie cheese, mustard butter and apple butter) and Quiche Lorraine (a pie crust filled with egg custard, bacon, gruyere cheese and caramelized onions, with Mornay sauce and a side of fresh berries with a lavender-honey drizzle).
At Le Gobelet Noir, guests will find the Alchemist's Platter, a spread with smoked sausage, potato and cheese pierogies, pickled eggs, marinated beets, caramelized onions and a warm pretzel; the platter will be complete with German mustard and cheese fondue. Le Gobelet Noir will also be home to the vegan lentil stew (lentils, vegan bacon and root vegetable with artisan bread).

That's a spicy meatball
In Super Nintendo World, guests can work up an appetite and say, "Let's a-go!" to the Toadstool Café. There, they'll find the Mario Burger (bacon, mushroom and cheese); the Luigi Burger (pesto grilled chicken) and Bowser's Fireball Challenge, a one-pound meatball with mozzarella cheese, mushroom marinara sauce, fresh parsley, a Bowser-inspired puff pastry and a side of hot sauce. Burgers are served on brioche buns and with a side of truffle fries.
Yoshi's Snack Island will feature Yoshi's Smoothie, a blend of Granny Smith apple and honeydew syrup with milk, whipped cream and green apple bursting boba.

Dine like a Viking
How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk will feature Mead Hall, serving a variety of food and beverages, like Yaknog, a creamy drink with malted chocolate, cinnamon and whipped cream. The Thawfest Platter includes chicken drumsticks with a wild berry BBQ glaze, grilled salmon, sausage, roasted carrots, cipollini onions, Nordic fries and sauces.
The Nordic Harvest Salad has kale, arugula, red cabbage, radishes, ancient grains, blueberries, apples, a crunchy trail mix and raspberry vinaigrette. Stormfly's Catch of the Day features is an innovative dessert: a chocolate mousse fish on a bed of crispy rice cereal.

Bring your monster appetite
Universal's famed monsters will take center stage in Dark Universe, where guests can also take a bite out of a variety of dishes at Das Stakehause. Guests can choose Fish on a Stake (blacked salmon), Bird on a Stake (grilled, dry-rubbed chicken tenderloin) or Bits and Pieces (glazed wild mushroom brisket meatloaf) served with roasted vegetables and charred green onion mashed potatoes.
The "Blood" Orange Chicken Sandwich is a marinated chicken breast tossed in a blood orange sauce served in a black bun with pickles, slaw and fries. Vegan guests won't be left out with cabbage rolls stuffed with Impossible ground beef, topped with a bell pepper-tomato sauce and served with beet bucatini.
At the Burning Blade Tavern, diners can enjoy the Hunter's Garlic Stake, a cheesy garlic pretzel served with garlic dipping sauce. Dracula, be warned.
